WHAT WE DO
Oso CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located in San Antonio, Tx. at 701 N. Alamo STE 1 in a 5,000 square foot warehouse gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our focus is on you, and our goal is to exceed your expectations with a level of service like no other in the industry. We give you the attention you need to be safe, and execute each exercise with proper technique. You are led by passionate coaches who are at the pursuit of helping each and every member succeed in their fitness journey. The purpose of our training is to provide the best coaching, and most efficient results driven program around. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to crossfit style training, to tabata, to obstacle training, to boxing. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
At Oso CrossFit we train hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. Everyday our “Athletes” break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked or manufactured. Together we sweat, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger…together. The community aspect of Oso CrossFit is our greatest strength. At Oso CrossFit there are no ego’s, no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes….WE ARE OSO.

It’s easy to lose motivation after a few weeks of eating veggies and drinking water. Every member that starts is encouraged to take a profile picture, and a body composition assessment to record baseline measurements. Thereafter, we take your measurements EVERY 6 WEEKS and keep track of your progress. This keeps our clients motivated and ensures success. Moreover, we keep the most accurate records around to make sure that you know exactly how your body is changing. Take a look:

This program is great and the workouts are fun, but NOTHING will replace great nutrition habits. Thats why we don’t leave you to fend for yourself. Our fitness records update your required calories and we keep each other accountable by connecting you to your trainer using MyFitnessPal. A food journaling application that allows us to see how you’re eating in real time.
Oso CrossFit is not just a gym, it’s a community. Besides, people that are willing to wake up in the early morning, or come late after work are a rare breed, so we’ve got to stick together! Occasionally we’ll break away from the classes to enjoy an obstacle course run, a yoga class, or a self defense class. Whether you’re here for a month, a year, or a decade. Our goal is to 1) Help you understand a better way to work out and 2) Help you build relationships that will help you with your fitness journey, where ever you go!
